Oh, that food crazed brother in law of yours did!!! He was up at the crack of dawn and watched it with such care. I have never seen so much testosterone (all the neighbor men were there) around a carcass. Actually, I have never been that close to a whole carcass, so I guess I can't judge.
Let us know if you are coming to ATL. If not, perhaps KK and I can come up for Labor Day?
Look at the southern belle you are becoming -- you had a pig pickin'!!!!
I don't think I would love seeing a carcass and after seeing it would probably not want to eat it.
